Terms of service

IngramOS is a business operating system provided by Ingram Technologies. It is made available to companies we operate or work with, under a separate written agreement with each of them. There is no public sign-up, and access is by Google Workspace account only. Where these terms and a company's own agreement disagree, that agreement governs.

Accounts are for the person they were issued to; do not share credentials. Use IngramOS only for your company's own business, only as permitted by the office you hold, and not to break the law or the terms of a system it connects to — Google's included. Do not attempt to reach another company's records.

Connecting a Gmail mailbox is a grant you make yourself and can withdraw yourself. IngramOS reads that mailbox and prepares drafts; it does not send mail. A draft is a proposal — what it says has not been checked by a person until a person checks it, and sending it is your decision and your responsibility. See the privacy policy for what is read and kept.

IngramOS uses AI agents to draft, summarise and record. Their output can be wrong. It is offered as work in progress for a person to review, and it is not legal, financial, tax or professional advice. Decisions made on it remain yours.

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and to the fullest extent permitted by law Ingram Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

A company may stop using IngramOS at any time, and we may suspend access that threatens the security of the service or another company's data. On termination, a company's records are handled as its agreement with us provides.
